Visit 1. HPV Dose 1. T - Term 1 Monday 6th March 2017 (Week 7B)
Visit 2. dTpa. - Term 1 Monday 27th March 2017 (Week 10A)

Visit 3. HPV dose 2 - Term 4 Monday 16th Oct 2017 (Week 2B)
Visit 4. VZV (Varicella- Chicken pox vaccine), single dose. Catch up for all other Yr7 vaccines and HPV - Term 4 Monday 30th Oct 2017 (Week 4B)

Note: HPV Dose 3 will now happen in 2018 Date TBC
