NSW Health is offering vaccination against four types of meningococcal disease (given as one injection) to Year 11 and 12 students through the School Vaccination Program in Term 2. Parent Information Kits for parents/guardians which include an information sheet, consent form and privacy statement will be sent home from the school with your child.
