Each year we are required to update student emergency details. Contact Details forms were sent home with students in August for parents to make changes or confirm that the details were correct. Unfortunately a large number of forms were not returned. Today we have re issued the forms to those students who did not return their forms. If your daughter brings this form home please make any changes and return or simply return to confirm that all details are correct. All forms must be returned by Friday 6th November. Failure to return forms may mean that your daughter is unable to attend excursions, extra curricula activities and events because the school does not have current emergency contacts.
